Stop Wasting Hours on Boring Excel Tasks

Have you ever struggled with a single master file containing thousands of records, only to spend your entire day Copying & Pasting data for each department, school, or category into separate Excel report forms?

❌ Human Errors Manual copying often leads to missing data or broken table borders, making your reports look unprofessional.
❌ Row Insertion Hassle Your template has only 5 rows, but you have 20 entries. You have to manually 'Insert Row' and fix formulas for every single file.
❌ Inconsistent Headers You updated the table but forgot to change the "Department Name" in the header, resulting in embarrassing mistakes.

✨ No more manual work! ITKB Excel Batch Report automatically groups, splits, and expands your rows in seconds.

Powerful Features Built for Productivity

🧠 Smart Row Duplication

Only one row in your template? No problem. The system automatically inserts rows based on your data group without breaking the layout below (e.g., signature area or footers).

🎨 Border Auto-Repair

Say goodbye to broken tables. Our engine is programmed to perfectly replicate cell borders and styles from the source row, ensuring a professional look every time.

🔒 100% Local Processing

Your data never leaves your computer. Files are processed entirely within your browser, ensuring sensitive organizational data remains private and secure.

How to Prepare Your Excel Template

1. Using [Column Name] Variables

In your Excel Template, anywhere you want the data to appear, simply wrap the column header name in square brackets, for example: [Full Name] or [Address]. Make sure it matches the header in your data source exactly.

2. Dynamic Table Rules

For the "List" or "Data Table" part, place your variables [...] in a single row (e.g., [No] | [Name] | [Age]). The system will automatically identify this as the "Target Row" to duplicate and expand for that specific group.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What happens if a group has 10 records?

A: The system identifies the row in your template containing [placeholders] (e.g., a list table). It then automatically clones that row 10 times and fills in each person's data accordingly.

Q: Can I select multiple grouping columns?

A: Yes. If you select "State" and "City," the program will process the unique combinations and generate a separate report for each city within its respective state. Headers will be replaced with the correct names automatically.

Q: How do I open the exported ZIP file?

A: On Windows or macOS, simply right-click the .ZIP file and select "Extract All" or "Unarchive." You will get a folder full of Excel (.xlsx) files, pre-formatted and ready for printing.
